I adore this breed and frankly am surprised I haven't made one before, for most of the breed information I relied heavily on this site [link]

Her mother was registered as breeding stock and dispite having an Atigrado gene, her owners did not notice it. This was due to her being a Pearl and Cream. Since her owners did not notice any evidence of the Lp gene, they thus breed her to a Pintado Stallion and were very surprised when the filly was born. The society had a fit about her classification but ultimately registered her since her conformation, gaits and temperament were ideal jennet characteristics. After she was weaned her owners sold her to Rosie, who promptly shipped her to America and settled her in Rose Ridge. ... Yep thats my story and I'm sticking to it

I still am not completely pleased with the animation, (especially her head turn ) but I spent so long on it that I just decided to give up and post what I had.
